Whether you are a homeowner looking to have your current windows operable again or are selling/buying your home and need to meet inspection requirements. We can help. At Coastal Window Repair we also are able to help you with fogged glass, sliding door repairs and warranty repairs if applicable. Most hardware related problems may be fixed on the first visit.
Coastal Window Repair has a $75.00 initial service call scheduling charge. If services are rendered this amount will be applied to the repair cost of the first unit. Additional units will be repaired at additional cost to be determined by window tech upon inspection . There is no initial charge for return visits if parts are needed to be ordered and repair contract has been signed by all parties. We accept cash or major CC. All payments are due at time of service.
Coastal Window Repair prides itself in being fair with its customers and will discuss all options available with your windows or doors before scheduling any appointments. Our goal is to provide our clients with a 1 day service in most cases by stocking and assortment of parts on our service vehicles. If after our initial phone or email consultation we determine we do not have the proper parts or cannot be of service, no service call will be scheduled until the parts are in hand.
